A Poem to you

A Gift That Lives Online

This year the gift came quietly,
no ribbon, box, or bow,
just a link, a smile, a little tap
“There’s something you should know.”

Inside, our faces wander,
redrawn, reimagined, free,
as line-sketched grins and winter scenes
and moments made for glee.

A laugh becomes a wallpaper,
a memory turns to art,
a cousin’s grin on someone’s phone,
a home screen with a heart.

Some images are curious,
some slightly strange (by design),
some just right for sharing on
a group chat late at night.

It’s not a thing you put away,
or save for special days,
it lives where little moments do–
in glances, jokes, and ways
we keep each other close, somehow,
no matter where we are,
with pictures made of all of us,
not perfect–but ours.

So here’s a gift that grows and shifts,
that changes as we do,
a small, bright gallery of us–
and every click feels new.
